MOST RECENT CASE SUCCESSES

 I am writing this review to let all my fellow Federal employees know that hiring Capaldo Colangelo to represent me in my Federal EEOC case was the best decision I ever made.  After 14 1/2 years of public service, I experienced abuse of power firsthand from within the Federal government and I was forced out of my position at age 56.  I could not afford to hire an expensive Attorney and I needed someone to fight for me that was experienced and had a legal background.  Capaldo Colangelo exceeded my expectations, and identified, documented, and exposed many Federal EEOC rules that my former Agency did not follow.  I am forever grateful to Capaldo Colangelo for their representation.  Highly recommend! 

My representative was retained to assist me in settling a federal employment related and action and I found them to be an honest professional who always returned calls and answered questions promptly and did their best to deal with uncooperative individuals and brought a positive outcome at the time and circumstances. 

My representative did not only represent me, I tell friends and family he was my daughter's and my guardian angel.  I can not recommend a better individual to represent you if you find yourself in a position that I was in during 2018 as a federal worker for the Air Force.  In 2017, I became a whistleblower and in 2018 after retaliation by Air Force officials I was wrongfully terminated from my position as a federal law enforcement officer while out on on an on the job injury.

My representative took the case and within a short period of time the Air Force settled with me and the individuals were held accountable for their actions.  You may hear how impossible it is to go up against the federal government and win your case.  My representative can represent you better than all the others.  The personal attention I received felt like he was only handling my case and no one else.  The process was smooth and stress free to me because it didn't take long to realize he was fully committed to my case.  It is because of my representative that I am no longer a terminated employee and I am now a retired law enforcement officer.  Without his help, I could not have provided for my family.  He still checks on me to see how my daughter and I are doing.  We are forever in his debut!  Please be assured that you will find no better person to reprsent you in your time of need. 

My Director did not select me for a promotion based on my race.  I was most qualified and was still not selected.  I contacted my union and several attorneys recommended by the union.  All of them said non-selection cases were nearly impossible to win in front of an EEOC judge.   I then contacted Capaldo Colangelo and spoke to one of their experts who agreed to take my case.  During our initial conversation he took over an hour to discuss every detail to make sure I understood the process moving forward.

I had a very sensitive matter with my employer involving LGBTQ discrimination.  I went to several attorneys to get themt to take my EEO case and all of them either didn't understand LGBTQ rights or wanted a ridiculous amount of money to take the case.  Capaldo Colangelo took my case and my representative truly cared about my case.  He was always available to speak to me and in the end we settled the case for over $40k.  I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with how my case turned out.  I highly recommend any federal employee use them for their EEO case!  Thanks!! 

My agency sought to suspend me for 60 days for a minor infraction that I immediately took responsibility for.  My union representative did not have the experience or knowledge to assist me in fighting the action.  I was then referred to a "preferred" law firm by the union.  The amount they wanted to charge me was enormous, even with the discount I was going to receive as a member of the union.  I then found Capaldo Colangelo.  My representative was outstanding!  They always returned my calls or emails.  In the end, my representative found major flaws in the Agency's case.  The case was settled in my favor.  I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, they will be my first call!  Many thanks!!!
